The Transition Pieces is a composition cycle initiated in 2026 by Hot Bodies as the musical adaptation of their epic poem Déesses-fleuves, métavers & nymphes des hormones.
It unfolds as a constellation of sound works at the crossroads of electronic folk and post-club music. Conceived as a DIY oratorio, it traces the shifting landscapes of contemporary bodies, their metamorphoses, thresholds and states of becoming.

The Transition Pieces est un cycle de composition musicale initié en 2026 par Hot Bodies aka Gérald Arev Kurdian. Il prend pour point de départ son poème Déesses-fleuves, métavers et nymphes des hormones et se déploie en une collection de pièces musicales entre folk électronique et post-club, comme un oratorio DIY sur les corps contemporains et leurs bouleversements.
